you can also get the jetpack with only rank 3 armorer. what you do is get the supplies to make the tesla coil mod and then press the button to create it and almost instantly after scroll down to the jetpack mod. you know it worked if its asking you to craft the tesla coil mod but the jetpack mod option is highlighted. Go ahead and craft it and bam you now have jetpack a bit early.
